CAVUTO: Senator, do you know how much, out of curiosity, is built into a gallon of gasoline, the profits of the oil companies? Do you know what's the average?
Maybe you could answer my question. It's about 9 cents. Do you know how much taxes are, Senator? About 50 cents. 78 cents in California.

He must love that we've allowed emotion to win out over reason, facts to be dwarfed by fear and our nation's energy policy to be driven by unreasonable environmental concerns.
Insanity:
Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.
