Bush: America didn't vote for failure.
Washington Times
President Bush today promised to veto the Democrats' plan for withdrawing U.S. troops this year saying that to take such an approach would be "an unforgivable mistake."
"If the Democratic leaders insist on using the bill to make a political statement, they will leave me with only one option: I will veto it," said Mr. Bush, a day before a crucial House vote on the matter. "I'm disappointed that the Democratic leadership has chosen this course."
He added that "it is not too late for Congress to do the right thing." More
Let Senator Harry Reid know that we don't appreciate his pronouncement that we have 'lost' the war in Iraq. Email him through his website.
The only thing we have 'lost' is our ability to trust Democrat leaders to lead this country when it comes to national security!
Reid My Lips, America Must Be Defeated
"I believe myself that the secretary of state, secretary of defense and — you have to make your own decisions as to what the president knows — this war is lost and the surge is not accomplishing anything as indicated by the extreme violence in Iraq yesterday,"
This statement by Reid should be proof to everyone that Reid is not competent to hold a leadership position in the Senate or anywhere else in the government. There can be only two possible reasons for him making this statement. Either he really believes this nonsense and is so consumed by liberal and media propaganda, that he is completely out of touch with the real world, or, he is a traitor to his country and is doing everything he can to turn victory over to the enemy. In either case, he is not competent to be the leader of the Senate.
Jackass Quote:
“We are going to pick up Senate seats as a result of this war.”
"We Can't Win" Leader Harry Reid, putting politics first in a time of war."
According to Dictionary.com: Treason is any attempt to overthrow the government or impair the well-being of a state to which one owes allegiance; the crime of giving aid or comfort to the enemies of one's government

I'm almost affraid of what I might write to Harry Reid right now. I may wind up with the Secret Service at the door.
Somewhere on the Pat Dollard website in the comments is someone with a petition to "Recall" Harry Reid, I guess this thing has to be started in Nevada.
I will find it and send it to you or post it here. I dont know if we can sign it but it might be interesting to look at.
That tribute is a real tearjerker.
What the Dems are doing right now sickens me.
Marie,
If the Secret Service was going to arrest anyone Reid and Pelosi would already be wearing stripes.
I wonder how many emails he received? Probably overloading his email client.
We should be able to sign the petition.
Mary,
I know it brought a tear to my eyes especially near the end of the video.
Because it spreads the word, and I know we are "on the same team", I'm posting that vid on Monday and on my email blast group.
YouTube can be completely whack, but it has its moments of greatness.....That production was one of greatnes.
Thank RJay.
Pero,
It was originally on Military.com
