Valedictorian's speech cut short by school district

The good news is that the censorship had the opposite of the intended effect. Rather than silencing this student, the essentially turned her into a martyr and gave her a national forum. Rather than reaching a few hundred people with her message she is reaching millions. ~ jackbenimble
